Tristan da Silva has no girlfriend and currently appears to be single. The Colorado University basketball player hails from Germany and comes from an athletic family.
The 6’9 forward is the son of a former boxer, and his older brother previously played for Stanford.
After having a quiet NBA Combine, da Silva, 23, was expected to be the 20th pick and with possible entry to the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Instead, Da Silva became the 18th overall pick (first round) of the Orlando Magic in the 2024 NBA draft, ahead of Ja’Kobe Walter (19th pick) and behind the 17th pick, Dalton Knecht. The top three picks in the draft were Zaccharie Risacher, Alexandre Sarr, and Reed Sheppard.
CBS Sports has ranked Tristan as the 10th-best small forward in the draft. So, it is to be seen whether Tristan can fulfill expectations and walk in the footsteps of other European players such as Nikola Jokic and Luka Doncic or end up being one of the forgotten names.
Who Is Tristan da Silva’s Girlfriend? Is He Seeing Someone?
Tristan da Silva might not have a girlfriend. The youngster is probably more focused now that he has announced his entry into the NBA Draft.
The Colorado University player Tristan da Silva has never shared anything about his romantic relationship. The basketball player has never shared a single photo of him looking cozy with someone else.
Nowadays, most youngster declare their love for their special ones by sharing photos on Instagram. But Tristan hasn’t shared any such snaps that could hint he has someone special in his life.
However, there is a chance that Tristan wants to keep his romantic life under wraps. The athlete probably wants all the attention on his basketball skills rather than his partner.
At times, when the player doesn’t share any pictures with his romantic partner, the partner ends up tagging the player on Instagram. But that is also not the case for the future NBA player.
His Instagram is either filled with pictures of him training or a few photos of him with his family. The comment section of his post also doesn’t show any signs of him being in a relationship. His comment section is filled with his friends wishing him luck for the draft and hyping him up.
But it won’t be surprising to see Tristan arriving with his girlfriend hand-in-hand on draft day. Many athletes take their girlfriends and family to the ceremony on draft day, and Tristan could be one of those players.

Tristan da Silva’s Parents: Meet Christine And Valdemar da Silva
Tristan da Silva is the youngest of two kids of his parents, Christine and Valdemar da Silva. Da Silva’s older brother, Oscar da Silva, is also a basketball player.
Tristan’s father, Valdemar da Silva, is native to the culturally rich South American nation Brazil. During his early days in Brazil, Valdemar was a boxer and later emigrated to Germany.
Though it isn’t confirmed, we believe it was in Germany that Valdemar met his wife, Christine da Silva. After Valdemar retired from boxing, he chose to become a bartender and later opened his bar.
Valdemar named his bar Ver o Peso Bar, situated in Rosenheimerstraße 14, Munich. On the bar’s website, Valdemar has shared that he took inspiration from the famous bartender Charles Schumann.
The bar’s website states they serve the best caipirinha in town while mixing other great cocktails and practicing artisanal bartending.
Not forgetting his Brazilian roots, Valdemar’s bar also provides customers with the taste of Brazilian culinary delights.
The website states, “It is important to him not to reduce the diversity of Brazil to just football, samba, and caipirinha, but rather to draw attention to delicacies that are generally unknown in Germany.”
Tristan has previously shared a few photos with his parents. On August 18, 2023, he posted a picture of him sharing a drink with his mother, Christine.
He also included a picture of him and his dad visiting a museum. The student-athlete graduated in May and recreated the iconic Dwayne Wade and LeBron James picture with his dad.
