The Venom Hunters host/star Brian Barczyk died on January 15, 2024, after battling with pancreatic cancer. Born on September 6, 1969, the late YouTuber and reptilian influencer was 54 at the time of demise.
His zoo The Reptarium’s Instagram page broke the news of his death with a heartfelt post, “On behalf of the Barczyk family and our entire team at The Reptarium, it is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Brian Barczyk.”
The saddening news came a few days after he shared a 16-minute-long emotional goodbye video on January 5, 2024, stating he would be entering hospice care.
In the video titled, ‘This Is Goodbye…’, he said, “I appreciate you guys so much, it’s been an amazing journey… each one of you has changed my life like you can’t believe.”

Brian was diagnosed with inoperable pancreatic cancer on February 27, 2023. It was at Stage Two which quickly became Stage Four, which he confirmed to WXYZ.com in November 2023.
From March of that year, until he entered hospice care, Barczyk documented his health journey and the status of his illness on his vlogs.
