After a brief TV calls in New Worlds (miniseries) and A Poet in New York (TV film), Morfydd earned her feature film debut as Camille in Madame Bovary (2014).

It then queued movie appearances in The Falling (2014), Pride and Prejudice and Zombies (2016), Love & Friendship (2016), The Call Up (2016), and Interlude in Prague (2017). Moreover, she portrayed Catherine Dickens (wife of English novelist Charles Dickens) in the biographical comedy The Man Who Invented Christmas (2017).

In 2019, Clark portrayed the title cast, Maud, in the British psychological horror movie Saint Maud, co-starring Jennifer Ehle. It received positive critics & an average rating of 8/10 on Rotten Tomatoes.
