Esfandi was born and raised in Laredo, Texas. The actor was a tennis player during high school and attended the John Newcombe Tennis Academy. He later enrolled at Laredo College, where he ranked in the top five in the nation.

Eman Esfandi’s parents, Mehran Esfandi and Aleidy Belem, culturally come from different backgrounds. The actor also has a sister named Tammy Esfandi.
Recently, Eman shared a cute video of him and his mom, Aleidy, going head-to-head in a lightsaber battle. But only Aleidy had a lightsaber, and Eman used a mop to defend himself.
