Seemingly, the ‘V for Vengeance’ actress does not have a boyfriend- at least officially for now.
Probably coming from a family of actors, she got familiar with the issue that fame results. So, she might have opted to keep her relationship status low-key.
But it won’t cover up her rumored dating story with fellow actor Connor Paolo.
According to WhosDatedWho, Grace and Conner’s relationship ended in 2021 after dating for a year. However, none of them confirmed if they were ever a couple.
Fans were not buying that off easily and suspected that these two might have had a secret relationship.
There were speculations that their romance bloomed after they worked together for a 2020 short film ‘Monster and Muses,’ where Van Dien was a director/actress and Paolo was the writer. It won the Global Shorts (Los Angeles) Award of Excellence.

Dating Rumors With Co-Stars
After a successful acclaim with Greenhouse Academy (2017-19), Grace was a guest cast in Stranger Things (2022), where she portrayed Chrissy Cunningham.
Despite a one-episode role, fans fell in love with her character & her chemistry with Eddie Munson (played by actor Joseph Quinn). As a result, viewers began to ship them as a couple off the screen.
Moreover, in March 2023, during a live Q&A at Showmasters’ London Comic Con, Quinn defended his co-star Grace against online harassment. Also, the actor confirmed that the two were still sharing a great bond.
But, it doesn’t necessarily mean that they are dating, it is possibly a definition of good friendship.

Grace Van Dien’s Ex-Boyfriend Died In 2023
In April 2023, during a segment of That’s What She Said on the YouTube channel 100 Thieves Cast, Van Dien talked about the death of her ex-boyfriend. However, she didn’t open up the name or identity of her former lover.
In the video, the actress said that she found out that her ex-boyfriend died ‘two weeks ago’. They dated seven years ago (i.e. in 2016) for five/six months.
She continued,
“He’s the first person that I’ve said I love you to that has passed away, which is a very weird feeling, because then you start thinking of all the other people that you’ve shared time with in a relationship sense. And you’re not allowed to talk to these people anymore because they’re not yours anymore.”
Also, in the same video, Grace talked about her worst date whom she found on a dating app (which she uses no more). She was young at the time and went to his place, however, it turned out to be weird when that guy showed her his skills of picking up locks.
And when she got home, she blocked him and reported him.
A week later, when the actress was hanging out with her friend, that friend told her about a guy she matched on a dating app. Surprisingly & funnily enough, it turned out to be that same guy, so her friend also blocked him.
