Jodie won Best Performance by a Leading Actress in a Play for Prima Facie last year. In her speech, she mentioned her family and friends but didn’t include her boyfriend.

With Jodie playing a bisexual character in Killing Eve, many of her fans weren’t happy when they found out that their favorite actress was dating a Republican.
Some of Jodie’s fans had found that her boyfriend was a registered Republican voter and a Donald Trump follower on social media.
One fan wrote, “Jodie Comer, if you’re reading this, you can’t play a gay character and call yourself an ally when you’re dating a Republican, you disgusting piece of shit.”

Jodie Comer moved out of her family home last year at age 30. The actress lived with her parents, Jimmy and Donna, and her brother, Charlie, in a semi-detached house in Liverpool.
