While appearing in 13 Reasons Why, Navarro’s character Tony had a lot of tattoos but most of them were fake; it included a tattoo of a wolf (on left shoulder), a variation of the cross (on forearm), and a trail of stars (behind his ear). In real life, Christian Navarro has more than six tattoos; notably a large tattoo of an orchid drawing with a bird (top of shoulder).
